Whether you are a complete novice or you have a little knitting experience this can be the class for you. 

We will start with the basics of knit and purl and look at the endless possibilities open to you, once you are comfortable knitting these.

At each class there will be three different knitting techniques that we will discuss and which you will then knit with all the help and guidance needed. You will of course receive written patterns for each technique and reading and understanding these will help you 

read patterns on you own afterwards.

The class also aims to give you a basic understanding of how different knitting patterns will give you different tensions, we will talk about finishing your knitted garments and other useful tips.

Please bring your favorite yarn and knitting needles to match for each class. Perhaps bring more than one set of yarn and needles so you will not have to finish each swatch but can get started on all three techniques during class.
